Descriptions: Customer requires shelving for the storage of their products spare parts in their warehouse. A total of 370 bays (mixture of 7 tiers, 8 tiers, 10 tiers and 13 tiers) of Longspan shelving were being installed.

You do not need to visit our showroom in order to purchase the shelving or racking that you need. Our client client called in and provided the dimensions of her racking storage space. From the information she gave us, our sales consultant recommended the appropriate type of racking.

Our clients visited our showroom on the 2nd day of the New Year to look for shelving for his storage area. Upon discussion, we found out that his storage area is actually a basement space below his car porch.

After much discussions, recommendations and planing, they decided on purchasing 2 sets of the black double fold boltless rack. However, instead of building 1 piece of the racking, we constructed in such a way that he can have 2 sets of 2 tiers and 2 sets of 3 tiers racking.

2x 2 tiers ((L1200 mm x D450 mm x H900 mm) black double fold boltless racks,

2x 3 tiers ((L1200 mm x D450 mm x H900 mm) black double fold boltless racks.

**All the 4 racks are modified by using the original 2x 5 tiers (L1200 mm x D450 mm x H1800 mm) black double fold boltless racks.

Our client requires on-site measurements for his storage areas which include a basement storage room, driver room and kitchen area. We measured and proposed the layouts to our client. He was satisfied and decided to order more shelving and shelving parts from us.

Our client called and requested for add-on deckings for the shelving in his kitchen area to store more things. This shelving was originally a two-tiers washing machine rack. With some adjustments made, it becomes a storage shelving for the kitchen area. We installed additional 2 more shelves to the original shelving.

There are another 4-tiers heavy duty shelving and some other shelving located at  other parts of his house but we are unable to take picture of it at that point of time.

Type of Racking installed: Rack Support Mezzanine Floor System for an Area of 195 sqm(1 le vel) at H2350mm (2nd level) and H4900mm (3rd level) with forged welded steel gratings as platform and stairs tread with handrail.

Descriptions: There was an existing 2 level Rack Supported Mezzanine installed in the warehouse. However, our customer wished to fully utilize and increase the storage space. Hence, our sales consultant and designer came up with a new Rack Supported Mezzanine layout.

Total area of space created for Old Empire is 4 times of its original warehouse storage space. An area is being allocated for the forklift access. Goods can be palletized and transfered to the upper decking using forklift.

Our client sees the danger of the uncovered hole which was designed along with  the condominium. Hence, 2 pieces of metal grating were installed to cover the hole.

Our client visited us at our showroom and indicated that he needed some shelving for 2 rooms. We performed onsite measurements and started planning for both rooms. With limited space available, we managed to come up with an arrangement that maximized our client’s 1st storage room.

A total of 5 sets of shelving were being set up in L-shaped along the walls of the room and another 2 sets to be joined up at later stage.

Our client required us to come up with a shelving layout for his storage area. With deeper discussion, we had found out that he wanted to plan for a resting area for his maid. Hence, we suggested using a Long Span as bed. It can be doubled up as a storage rack too.

Furthermore, he purchased  leather drawers and  placed beside bed to act as bed-side cabinet. N hooks can be used to hook light objects at the side of the shelving.

Chrome wire shelving were installed in a Clear-L method so as to enhance storage space and accessibility.

Type of Racking installed: Superblock 4-Way Mezzanine

Descriptions: Area of space created for Davis Guitar is 2 times of its original warehouse storage space as the 2-level mezzanine provide additional storage. Goods can be palletized and transfered to the upper decking using Reach Truck or maneuver using the hand Pallet Jack on the 1st level. Metal grating decking is used so as to allow water from the fire sprinkles to reach the 1st level. Slotted hand rails and removable chain are installed at the 2nd level as safety measures.
