Type of Racking installed: Beige Boltless Rack with Metal Decking

Description: Due to the bending of shelves of the existing racks, customer required new racks that will be able to hold the weight of their wine bottle collection. We recommended the use of beige boltless rack with metal decking that can withstand the weight load of 200-300 kg per level. Additional side panels were installed for added security and enclosure. We set up a total of 4 sets x 5 tiers Beige boltless rack.

Client: Conval Oilfield Services Pte Ltd

Business Nature: Marine & Offshore Services

Type of Racking installed: 4-way Super Block Mezzanine System with an area of 51 sq.m. at 4100 mm. clear entry with perforated metal planks.

Descriptions: Conval Oilfield Services Pte Ltd required a certain space in their warehouse to put up the racking system. To fully utilize the area’s high ceiling, our team installed a 2-level superblock mezzanine system equipped with a lift for easy access from ground level to the superblock level as well as to the built-in mezzanine office on top. Sliding gate at the second level was provided for easy loading and unloading of goods through the use of forklift/reach truck. The lift and sliding gate made it more efficient for the customer’s product flow and packing of goods on smaller racks on top of the superblock mezzanine system.

Descriptions: Space is limited for our client’s site. Hence, we proposed doubling the space available by using the 4-way Super Block Mezzanine System. The 2nd level can be accessed by the customized staircase. Estimated mezzanine space created: 70 sq.m.

Type of Racking installed: 2 levels 4-way Super Block Mezzanine System with galvanized metal grating and 1 set of 11-steps staircase. Dimensions of the Super Block are as attached layout:

Business Nature: Interior Architectural Design

Type of Racking installed: Black Boltless Racking with additional side and back beams.

Descriptions: Customer requested for racking to store files and books in their office. A total of 16 Black boltless racking were being installed and was completed last November 2010. Additional 2 more racking were installed at the pantry area for the storage of mineral water gallon bottles.

16 sets: 6 Tiers L1800mm x W450mm x H2100mm with additional side and back beams.

Pantry (February)

Racking Dimensions:

2 sets: 4 Tiers L1200mm x W450mm x H1800mm with additional side and back beams.
